Founded in 1996 as a spin-off company of the renowned Fraunhofer Institute, P3 is a conglomerate of companies from the engineering and technology sectors with a focus on aviation, automotive, and telecommunication.
In 2018, the company embarked on an extensive rebranding process. Developed in collaboration with identity consultants Piece Of Cake, we created the visual brand design based on the idea of a strong network of small start-ups. Agile with cutting-edge skills like a young start-up, yet strong, stable, and reliable like an established and trusted partner.
The logo plays literally on the idea of the many parts forming a whole. The individual shapes of the logo are also applied as graphic elements throughout the entire design. They can be used as a visual framework to contain images, as background patterns, as furniture pieces or room installation elements, or to create iconography.
